This trip is one of the most contrasting and mysterious! The route will be interesting for those who are interested in landscape photography, history, geography and just love adventure. All this awaits you in the southern part of Altai …..where the borders of Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan and China converge. The Ukok plateau is a sacred place of power for Mongol and Chinese Buddhists from ancient times. Here there is a natural border passing through the highest points of the relief, this is the great Asian watershed between the vast drainless regions of Central Asia and the basin of the Arctic Ocean … The nature of the central regions of Altai is strikingly different from the harsh highlands. Mountains covered with taiga, clean rivers and the stunning canyon of the Chulyshman River. Completion of the expedition — a trip on the boat on the Teletskoye Lake — one of the 30 deepest lakes in the world!
